Four Oaks Road’s mission is to give families more time with their loved ones by alleviating the stress when a senior transitions into long-term care by enhancing the experience, simplifying the transition, and recognizing that the senior’s homes carry a rich history full of memories of the lives they have lived there.
We want to empower families with more options and resources. By educating the adult children during this process, we increase the quality of life for older adults and allow them to age with dignity. This also creates positive social change by providing additional resources to senior living professionals, enabling them to more effectively help the families that they serve.
But we have to sell the house to pay for care…
Four Oaks Road works collaboratively with seniors and their families throughout the Central Valley to solve one of their biggest challenges in the journey to senior care by offering an easier, less stressful way to sell mom’s (or dad’s) house without repairing a thing, cleaning it up, clearing it out, or paying Realtor fees. We offer services to purchase Senior homes outright, in as-is condition, so families can close within weeks instead of months and get mom or dad the care they need now. There are no real estate agents involved in our process which means NO renovating, NO staging, NO showings – and more importantly – NO realtor fees.
But what about all my stuff…
It is a question we have heard many times from families. Unfortunately, Seniors can not take all of their beloved belongings and furniture with them into assisted living. Four Oaks Road is here every step of the way to ease the overwhelming, stressful feeling for Seniors and their families so you can focus on what matters, taking care of mom or dad. Remove items of sentimental, financial value and leave the rest, we will take it from there. Items that still have life in them will be donated or re-homed. Or if preferred, we will coordinate an Estate sale for you.
